The Risun Polymer company's core strategy is to design and manufacture the new teconology silane modified STP polymer with technology from western companies and manufacturing and R&D resources in Taizhou & Huai'an cities in China. The customers we target are the world's sealant and adhesive and surface coating manufacturers who wish to replace the polyurethane products they make with the safer, and in many cases easier to make silane crosslinked products.

Fast Curing Hybrid Polymer used in elastic sealants, elastic structure sealants, encapsulate adhesives and coatings . The curing mode of the polymer is moisture curing. It can be made into a single component or two-components system.The final sealant are no bubbles, no yellowing, no isocyanate groups, with longer shelf life, better weathering resistance and more eco-friendly than PU sealants. 

Appplication

• Traffic industry elastic structure glue.

• For the district with the requirement of anti-bacterial mildew, such as kitchen, bathroom, side furnishings, refrigerated containers, storage room, operating room, purification workshop and so on.

​Storage

Because this product is moisture sensitive, If unopened and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment, the shelf life is 12 months. Use it as soon as possible if opened, the remain products should be resealed and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment. But if shelf life expired, you can still use it only after your positive confirmation of production performance.
