Clear Hybrid Polymer for High Strength Sealant

Hybrid materials are composites consisting of two constituents at the nanometer or molecular level. Commonly one of these compounds is inorganic and the other one organicin nature. Thus, they differ from traditional composites where the constituents are at the macroscopic (micrometer to millimeter) level. Mixing at the microscopic scale leads to a more homogeneous material that either show characteristics in between the two original phases or even new properties.

High Strength Sealant based on Risun Hybrid Polymer are no bubbles, no yellowing, no isocyanate groups, with longer shelf life, better weathering resistance and more eco-friendly than PU sealants. KERILON® 12000DS-A polymer is used as base polymer in elastic sealants, elastic structure sealants, encapsulate adhesives and coatings . ​Storage

Because this product is moisture sensitive, If unopened and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment, the shelf life is 12 months. Use it as soon as possible if opened, the remain products should be resealed and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment. But if shelf life expired, you can still use it only after your positive confirmation of production performance.
