High Reactive Silane Modified Polymer for Structural Joints Sealant in Construction

 

Structural Joints sealant based on our High Reactive Silane Modified Polymer STP 30000T, that combines the advantages of polyurethane and silicone technologies and is free from isocyanates

Superior UV resistance; does not yellow, crack, craze or chalk.
Non-corrosive on unprotected metals (iron, copper, etc.)
Nil shrinkage.
Does not foam or bubble in high humidity or on moist substrates.
Non-gassing; will not revert.
Paintable.

 

Usage

 

  • Bonding of glass, plastics (excluding PE, PP, PTFE), marbles, ceramics, metals and painted metals, wood. Bonding of metal to glass in the furniture industry.
  • Bonding and repairing of flexible materials, rubber, leather, PVC, etc…
  • General-purpose safe and non hazardous adhesive for D.I.Y.


 

​Storage

 

Because this product is moisture sensitive, If unopened and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment, the shelf life is 12 months. Use it as soon as possible if opened, the remain products should be resealed and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment. But if shelf life expired, you can still use it only after your positive confirmation of production performance.
